We do sell limited numbers of items, so likely an exchange will not be possible.
Options are:
- Return with Refund, less any Shipping and 1% Handling fee. Seller pays return shipping.
- Store Credit. Full refund, less any Shipping. Seller pays return shipping.
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days for an exchange or a refund, less cost of shipping and handling. Special policies apply to clearance (ending in $0.97), holiday, and special order/personalized items. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.
We will replace any defective item for up to a full year from the date of purchase. All damages or defects must be clearly communicated with photos to the customer service representative. Verification of the reported issues is completed through an inspection upon our receipt of the returned item(s). After our review, you will receive an exchange, merchandise credit or refund.
- Once a communication of a Refund or Return is requested, Seller will provide with a digital packing slip and pre-addressed digital label to be printed by the buyer and added to the inside of the returned item.
- This is not a prepaid label; please be prepared to pay shipping fees. Please use a trackable shipping method; insurance is recommended.
Always retain the tracking number for your records.

Smaller items ship via standard ground service, and in-stock items generally arrive within the contiguous U.S. in 3-7 business days. We offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Expedited Shipping for orders placed before 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Please note, Standard Delivery charges do not apply to items requiring Truck or In-Home Delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated before any promotional discount is added based on the current price of each item (including the reduced prices of clearance items or select items with a limited-time reduced price).
I use USPS Flat Rate Shipping Rates. I do not add extra Handling costs to the rate they charge.
