In this talk he describes how to use both SharePoint and Microsoft Project together to manage Projects. He shows how you can sync a SharePoint task list to Project, so that team members without access to Project, can still participate in task updates. He demos using Microsoft Excel for custom reports and charts, as well go over the standard charts available from Microsoft Project.
